Worcester Walkabout
NOTE: Later on, we can use this page to hold photos from the Click'n'Shoot. For now, this is just a repeat of what Donna wrote in email and the original thread (one page back).
What: Photo Walk in Worcester
When: Sunday, May 4, 1:00 PM
Where: Click the link below to find out!
Who should come: Anyone who wants a place to take photos...This is a hilly landscape, and then into an industrial factory area, so wear good comfy shoes, and bring water and snacks.
Meeting Description:I think we should meet in Hope Cemetery, right at the entrance, it would be good place to start and end. Then walk to the area of Webster Street that has some factory buildings and walk back to the cemeteries.
Here is the official web site for the place to meet:

We'll let the folks who were there tell their story with pictures...

Backlit, Respectful, Peaceful

Surely Water Will Zig And Zag And Flow Away

No Fear Of Tall Trucks Here, This Bridge Is Ready!

It's just like any other industrial area, I guess.

...and, when it's all said and done...

Mmmm, that Mexican food was good...the company better!

Some of Donna's Images

I loved the Sun shining through...
Texture

This one was all about that reflection in the cross-

My favorite shot from the day! These leaves trapped behind the window were beautiful.
I know others shot this- I'd love to see your versions!

Scott's Photos

While carpooling to Canton to see Brian Skerry's exhibit at the Audobon Society's Gallery, Scott mentioned he'd posted his images from this event on Flickr. I had completely forgotten about our site there. Way to go, Scott! ...lots of nice images he ecked out of the day. Donna, too. Her's on on Flickr, too...maybe, by this time, others as well. Check them out...

Some really nice "shooters" with whom to enjoy the afternoon.
